Texas teen killed by her mom's boyfriend, cops say

Surie Baeza, 15, was found dead in her bedroom on Oct. 30, 2012. Juan Enrique Torres, the estranged boyfriend of the girl's mother, turned himself in and admitted to stabbing Surie to death. He is now in Rockwall County Jail awaiting formal charges in the Baeza's death. Torres reportedly said he had gotten into an argument with the girl and killed her in a rage when she threatened to call police.
