Stars Support PETA's "Spay Day"

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), an international animal rights organization, is advocating that pet owners spay or neuter their companions on Feb. 23, dubbing it "Spay Day." According to PETA, up to eight million homeless cats and dogs will be left at shelters across the U.S. this year, and half of them will be euthanized because there aren't enough homes for them. PETA has developed several star-studded adds to raise awareness about the need to prevent animal overpopulation this "Spay Day."
