Paul McCartney, one of the two surviving members of the Beatles, returns to the scene of the music group's first American triumph on July 15, 2009. He will appear on "The Late Show With David Letterman," which is taped at New York's Ed Sullivan Theater, where the Beatles made their first American performance in 1964.
