1. M*A*S*H (tie)
There was a three-way tie for favorite TV show of all-time in our exclusive ShowBuzz poll, conducted by CBS News' polling department. "M*A*S*H" premiered in September 1972 and ran until Febuary 1983. The series finale on Feb. 28, 1983, was the most-watched television episode ever.
1. The Cosby Show (tie)
"The Cosby Show" tied for first place with 4 percent. The series about the Huxtable family of Brooklyn, N.Y., ran for eight seasons on NBC. Bill Cosby co-created the show and starred as obstetrician-gynecologist Cliff Huxtable. His wife, Clair, played by actress Phylicia Rashad, was a lawyer.
1. The Andy Griffith Show
"The Andy Griffith Show" tied with "The Cosby Show" and "M*A*S*H" for favorite TV show of all time, each with 4 percent. Andy Griffith starred in this series about a widowed sheriff living with his son (a young Ron Howard, left) in Mayberry, North Carolina.
2. I Love Lucy (tie)
In the 1950s, "I Love Lucy" was the most popular show on television. It still has quite a following: The show took second place in ShowBuzz's poll, tying with "Seinfeld" and "The Simpsons."
2. Seinfeld (tie)
"Seinfeld," dubbed "the show about nothing," came in second place along with "I Love Lucy" and "The Simpsons." The series finale on May 14, 1998, was watched by an estimated 76 million viewers.
Fox's animated hit "The Simpsons" tied for second with "Seinfeld" and "I Love Lucy." Created by Matt Groening, "The Simpsons" is a spinoff of the animated shorts that first appeared on "The Tracey Ullman Show."
3. All In The Family (tie)
"All In The Family," produced by legendary TV producer Norman Lear, came in third in our poll, and tied with "Friends," "Star Trek," and "CSI." The show, which ran from 1971-1983 on CBS, was groundbreaking for its time, exploring issues such as homosexuality, women's lib, and racism.
3. Friends (tie)
"Friends" tied with "CSI," "Star Trek," and "All In the Family" for third place with 2 percent. One of the most successful situation comedies in TV history, "Friends" focused on a group of friends -- Ross, Monica, Rachel, Chandler, Joey and Phoebe -- living in New York.
3. Star Trek (tie)
"Star Trek," which tied for third place in our poll, was created by Gene Roddenberry and debuted in 1966. William Shatner, right, starred as Capt. James T. Kirk, the commander of the starship Enterprise; the ship's five-year mission was "to boldly go where no man has gone before." The "mission" lasted only three years, but "Star Trek" has spawned multiple follow-up series and full-length movies.
3. CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (tie)
"CSI" tied for third place with "Star Trek," "Friends," and "All in The Family." The CBS show, which premiered in 2000, is about a team of forensic scientists who solve unusual, sometimes gruesome crimes committed in the Las Vegas area.
