Celebrities who support Hillary Clinton
A-list Hollywood has a long tradition of supporting Democratic candidates, and Hillary Clinton is no exception; actors, comedians and singers are lining up to endorse the former secretary of state, funding her war chest, attending rallies, and taking to Twitter to declare, "#imwithher."
Clinton recently visited the set of Washington's drama series, Scandal. Afterward, Washington took to Instagram, using the hashtag adopted by Clinton supporters: "A good friend came by set today. Proud to say ... #imwithher."
Katy Perry
Along with beau Orlando Bloom, Perry attended a Clinton fundraiser at Radio City Music Hall in New York recently. She hit the stage to perform as well. Before singing her hit "Unconditionally," she told the crowd: "I sing this next song for her, because I do believe this woman shows unconditional love."
Charlize Theron
The South African-born actress reportedly gave $2,700 toward Clinton's presidential run.
Scarlett Johansson
In 2013, the actress told Harpers Bazaar that, "I think Hillary Clinton would make a wonderful president. I think we could only benefit from having someone in office who has been a mother; women have a different perspective and appreciation of humanity because of that maternal instinct.
"It can only be a step forward."
Ellen DeGeneres
“You know what a supporter I am,” Degeneres told Clinton during a visit to the the comedian’s talk show earlier this year. “I think that you’re as smart as can be, I think you are qualified, I think you stand for everything that I want in a president.”

The actor has expressed approval of Clinton rival Bernie Sanders, but in the end, he chose to endorse the former Secretary of State, explaining, "I mean, I love Bernie - Bernie's a man of the people - but he can't win.
"So I gotta cast my vote for a person that can keep those other people from winning, okay?"
Eva Longoria
The actress joined Golden Globes co-presenter America Ferrera in campaigning for Clinton on Super Tuesday.
Amy Schumer
During a speech at Glamour's Women of the Year Awards last year, the comedian joked about a meeting she had with the presidential hopeful: "I really want to thank Glamour for introducing me to Hillary Clinton. I'm a huge fan. I was like, 'I'm a huge fan, if there's anything I can do to help with your campaign ...'

Robert De Niro
"I think that she's paid her dues," the veteran actor has said of Clinton. "She has earned the right to be president and the head of the country at this point. It's that simple."

The Girls creator took to Instagram to voice her support after Clinton announced her latest presidential bid. Along with a photo of Clinton, Dunham posted, "This is Hillary reading a text from me that says 'with you every step of the way, gurl' #mypresident"
Miley Cyrus
Miley Cyrus was originally “feeling the Bern,” but after Bernie Sanders lost the Democratic primary, she became a vocal Clinton supporter.
In October, she even knocked on dorm room doors at George Mason University in Virginia to campaign for the Democratic nominee.
Adele
Adele said during a Miami concert that she’s “100 percent for Hillary Clinton.”
The singer told the audience that while she is British and can’t vote in the U.S., “what happens in America affects me too.”
Clinton happened to be in the audience during the show, but it’s unclear if Adele was aware.
Julianne Moore
The A-lister, who once posed as Clinton in a promotional photo, has endorsed the former secretary of state via Twitter. She also took to the stage during the recent Radio City Music Hall event; Moore introduced Clinton's daughter, Chelsea, to the crowd.
Elton John
The veteran rock star also performed at the Radio City Music Hall event, joining Grammy nominee Andra Day. He dedicated his last song, "Still Standing," to Clinton.
Jamie Foxx
The opening talent for the Radio City Music Hall event was Oscar winner Foxx, who criticized the "trash-talking" among the Republican presidential candidates.
Reese Witherspoon
Along with many other high-profile Hollywood names, Witherspoon is listed as having donated $2,700 to Clinton's war chest.
Olivia Wilde
In an interview with the Daily Beast, the actress said she likes both Clinton and progressive Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren. "My dream is that Warren would be [Hillary's] V.P. but that's not happening in a million years."

"She's fighting for immigration reform, and fighting to keep our families together," the actress said in a video supporting Clinton.
Steven Spielberg
Many of Clinton celebrity supporters have been satisfied to donate a four-figure sum or appear at a Clinton rally, but not Spielberg; he reportedly donated a whopping $1 million to help Clinton get elected.
J.J. Abrams
Last year, The Force Awakens director and his wife each donated $500,000 to the Clinton super PAC Priorities USA. "We believe in her as the strongest candidate," he said. "She does have the experience and the politics. She is compassionate and right. When I look at the people who need the support that aren't necessarily getting it, I believe that she would provide that."
