Audrey Grabarkiewicz, Sarah Lindsay: Teachers Charged in Sex Case

Two South Carolina teachers who worked with pre-school children have been arrested and accused of corrupting some teens at parties that included alcohol, drugs and sex. Multiple media outlets reported that 42-year-old Sarah Jane Lindsay and 44-year-old Audrey Grabarkiewicz of Boiling Springs were arrested on Sept. 20, 2010 by Spartanburg County sheriff's deputies.

Grabarkiewicz was a preschool teacher at Lake Bowen Baptist Church and is charged with 10 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The pastor says she was fired on Sept. 20, 2010, the same day she was arrested.

Lindsay, a now-former kindergarten teacher at Boiling Springs Elementary, is charged with nine counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and criminal sexual conduct with a minor between 11 and 14 years old. She resigned on the same day she was arrested.
