Some Capitol Hill buildings experience flooding during storm
Some office buildings on Capitol Hill on Tuesday experienced some flooding during a summer storm.
Staffers tweeted videos showing water flowing into Capitol office buildings in the afternoon, including Rayburn on the House side of the complex.
The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm watch for the region earlier in the day.
