Rapper accused of early morning robbery In New Jersey
NEWARK, N.J. -- Rapper DMX is accused of robbing a man in New Jersey, reports CBS New York.
The alleged victim, 21, told Newark police he encountered the famous rapper and his entourage at a gas station early Sunday morning.
According to the victim, one of the men pulled out a gun and demanded money, CBS New York reported.
DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, then grabbed $3,200 in cash from his hand, the accuser said.
Police are investigating the claims.
