Pa. woman, 42, arrested for alleged sex with teen boy

UPPER POTTSGROVE, Pa. - Iris Gibney, a 42-year-old Pennsylvania woman, has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a teen boy, reports CBS Philly.

According to the station, on Nov. 15 around 8:30 p.m., an Upper Pottsgrove police officer saw two vehicles in Hollenbach Park after the park had closed. The officer reportedly found Gibney and a 17-year-old male both naked and engaged in physical contact inside one of the cars.

Both Gibney and the teen allegedly admitted they were engaging in sexual activity.

An investigation by authorities then revealed Gibney and the victim had met at Pottsgrove High School while attending a school function, reports the station. After their first encounter, Gibney and the victim reportedly continued to communicate on Twitter. She also allegedly sent nude photos of herself to the teen on several occasions.

Gibney was arraigned on Tuesday and is facing charges including corruption of a minor and disseminating obscene materials to a minor.
