New Trump-Pence logo raises eyebrows on social media
With the Friday morning announcement of Indiana Gov. Mike Pence as Donald Trump's running mate, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee unveiled a new logo for team GOP.
The graphic, blasted out on a campaign fundraising email early Friday, featured their last names -- of course -- in a bold red and blue font. Trump's slogan -- "Make America Great Again!" -- also appeared on the redesigned logo.
But social media seized on the logo atop the names: An American flag theme, where the blue area of the flag is composed of a "T" for Trump, embraced by a "P" for Pence.
