Man arrested for breaking Into Boston police station

BOSTON - A suburban Boston man was arrested for allegedly breaking into a downtown Boston Police station.

At about 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, officers say they witnessed 24-year-old Michael Naughton of Somerville "violently pull" on a locked door to the District A-1 garage and enter the secured area.

CBS Boston reported that when officers approached Naughton, they say he became belligerent and yelled at them to get out of his house.

Police say they told Naughton he was in a police station, but that he continued to yell out his address and became argumentative.

Officers were able to handcuff him after a struggle and carried him to the booking area, according to CBS Boston.

Naughton was placed under arrest and charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime and resisting arrest.
