Mamie Gummer and Benjamin Walker split

It's over between Meryl Streep's daughter Mamie Gummer and husband Benjamin Walker.

The actress' rep confirmed to People that the couple has called it quits after two years of marriage.

Gummer and Walker married in July 2011. The pair met while performing on Broadway in "Dangerous Liaisons" in April 2008, and got engaged in October 2009.

Walker, 30, has also appeared on Broadway in the Scarlett Johansson-starring revival of "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" and played the title role in the musical "Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson." His film credits include last year's "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter."

Gummer, 29, recently appeared in the film "Side Effects" and on TV in the short-lived CW series"Emily Owns, M.D."
