New Jersey school aide accused of sex acts with student
GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, N.J. -- Prosecutors say an aide at a southern New Jersey middle school engaged in sex acts with a student.
Jennifer Pasquarello faces two counts of aggravated criminal sexual contact and single counts of aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment. Bail was set at $300,000 for the 41-year-old Somerdale resident, and it wasn't known if she has retained an attorney.
Pasquarello worked in the Gloucester Township school district but was fired after the charges were filed on Monday.
Prosecutors say she engaged in sexual acts with one of her former male students on multiple occasions between November 2013 and May 2015. The alleged crimes occurred off school property and began when the boy was 14 years old.
