(CBS/AP) PAHRUMP, Nev. - Authorities say former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss has been arrested in Nevada after deputies found her driving under the influence of marijuana.

The Nye County Sheriff's Department says officers pulled over 47-year-old Fleiss at about 3:30 a.m. Tuesday on State Route 160.

Fleiss was charged with DUI, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of greater than 1 ounce or marijuana, driving without a license, driving without insurance and driving with suspended registration, according to CBS Las Vegas.

Police reportedly seized $10,000 in cash and 4 ounces of marijuana from her vehicle.

The Tuesday arrest was Fleiss' latest run-in with the law. She was charged in August after authorities found nearly 400 marijuana plants growing in and around her home in Pahrump. Fleiss was not arrested in that incident because she cooperated with the investigation and owned $200,000 in exotic birds that the Nye County was not equipped to care for.

Fleiss is out on a $22,233 bail, according to the station.
