Ex-DA: Limited Memory of '86 Bishop Case
A Massachusetts congressman who was the lead prosecutor when a suspected university shooter killed her brother in 1986 says he has a very limited memory of the case.
U.S. Rep. William Delahunt was the district attorney when Amy Bishop killed her brother with a shotgun at their home in Braintree, Mass. Authorities at the time decided the shooting was an accident and did not charge her.

Bishop is now accused of killing three of her colleagues and wounding three others in a shooting rampage Friday at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where she is a professor.
Delahunt, who is traveling in Israel, tells The Associated Press that he hasn't had a real opportunity to get into the details of the case, but he will have an opportunity to be debriefed when he returns to the U.S.
