Donald Trump slams Dunkin' Donuts cups, Jeb Bush offers chest bumps
What the 2016 presidential candidates are saying:
Donald Trump on Dunkin' Donuts coffee cups:
Dunkin' Donuts revealed a new holiday design for their coffee cups earlier this week, just as its competitor Starbucks faced growing outrage over its new minimalist cup design.
But the donut chain's more festive decorations -- the cups have the word "Joy" written on them, encircled by holiday wreaths -- still drew criticism from Donald Trump.
"Well, I don't see 'Merry Christmas' on it. So, do they have 'Merry Christmas' on it? I don't think so," Trump told Fox News show "Fox & Friends" early Thursday. "I think it would be nice if somebody put 'Merry Christmas' on something, you know, like the old days, right? But they don't have 'Merry Christmas,' they have 'Joy.' But I think they should put 'Merry Christmas' on. Then I'll start going there and buying coffee there even though I don't drink coffee."
Jeb Bush's broment:
"Anytime you want to try a chest bump, I'm all in." --to reporters at an Iowa campaign stop, after bumping chests with a former Ted Cruz supporter who recently switched to the Bush side
