87-year-old fights off attacker in Maryland, suspect sought
BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. -- The Baltimore County Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man accused of attacking an 87-year-old man in front of his Cockeysville home, reports CBS Baltimore.
The incident happened back on December 14, 2015, around 7:00 a.m., when police say the suspect approached the victim's home and said there was something wrong with his well, according to the station. When the 87-year-old reportedly told the suspect that there was nothing that needed to be checked, he was thrown to the ground and assaulted.
Police say that while the victim was pinned to the ground he was able to bite the suspect's hand. During the altercation, a 60-year-old woman, who also lived in the home, was able to punch the suspect in the head before he escaped.

Police are searching for a Caucasian male, 20 to 30-years-old, 5'10", 160 pounds, wearing a grey beany cap, black shirt, and black pants. He may be driving a light colored SUV.
