Orange County Supervisors unfurl Pride flag in Santa Ana after recent ban

Orange County Supervisors Katrina Foley and Vicente Sarmiento unfurled a Pride Flag in a show of support for the LGBTQ+. The Board recently decided on a slim majority to restrict which banners fly outside of county buildings.
