Police Detective Rick Empson investigated the case. He found that Bob Dorotik had been bludgeoned and strangled. “It was obvious to me that it was a homicide,” he says. “There was only one person in my opinion, that could have done this to Mr. Dorotik. And that was his wife, Jane Dorotik.”
