CHICAGO (CBS) -- Early voting in Chicago's runoff elections begins Monday across the city, as voters cast their ballots in the race for mayor and 14 City Council races.

Early voting sites will be open in all 50 wards and at two downtown locations - the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners supersite (191 N. Clark St.) and the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners office (69 W. Washington St.)

All early voting sites will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays, and from 10 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays.

The ward voting sites and the supersite at 191 N. Clark St. also will be open on Election Day from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The supersite and the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners main office (69 W. Washington St) also will have extended weekday hours on March 27, March 31, and April 3, when they will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Three universities in Chicago also will be open on March 29 through March 31 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for early voting: Chicago State University, at 9501 S. King Dr.; Northeastern University, at 5500 N. St. Louis Ave.; and University of Chicago, Reynolds Club, at 1131 E. 57th St.

If you're voting by mail, you can also submit your completed ballot at dropboxes at all early voting sites. If you send it in by mail, make sure it's postmarked by April 4, or it won't be counted.
